2011 BMW 1-Series Coupe with attention to some subtle design changes and better aerodynamics, and improved the check plus a variety of exterior colors of new paint, seats and interior. Touch of a new exterior design is limited to revised lights and rear lights with LED strips, fresh styles for alloy 17-inch and 18-inch alloy wheels and the addition of two new exterior colors, Vermilion Red Brown and Marrakech. BMW’s designers also re-size vertical ventilation slots on the front bumper into the airways in the wheel and make what they describe as an “air curtain” or the effect of aerodynamic shield in front of the front wheels. Bavarian companies claim that this change significantly reduces the drag in this area.

BMW 1-Series Coupe models feature was welcomed by the new interior trim and trim options. In addition, BMW has added a new sport leather steering wheel with gearshift paddles and M leather steering wheel with paddle shift back to the list of the cars’ option. Other changes include new signs on the button on the dash and letters DSC DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) has been replaced by a new international symbol, as the central control of lighting and climate control panel on the center console now comes with a chrome edge.

BMW 1-Series Coupe is offered with two engine options, 3.0-liter inline six with 230hp and 200 atmospheres lb-ft of torque in the 128i, and 3.0 – liter inline-six [N55] with twin-scroll turbocharger providing 300 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque, 135i variant. The BMW 135i comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission or optional seven-speed Double Clutch Transmission BMW (DCT). For the 135i Coupe, acceleration from 0-60 mph [km / h 96] achieved with the standard 6-speed in 5.1 seconds, while the DCT-model complements the same sprint in 5.0 seconds. A 6-speed automatic gearbox remains optional on the 128i. With this setup, the 128i Coupe runs 0-60 mph in 6.7 seconds or 6.1 seconds with a speed of 6 standard.
