2012 Fiat Strada Facelift
Fiat will introduce a small pick-up trucks and commercial vehicles for the Italian domestic market ie 2012 Fiat Strada. Fiat Strada comes in three versions ie Working, Trekking and Adventure plus three body styles, including short cab, long and four-seater cabin crew cabin for a total of six different variants. Model is most different is the crew cab with 4×4 Adventure-esque looks thanks to a suspension lift and a wide body cladding. This version also features an electronic locking differential is a new standard called the E-Locker and 205/65 R15 tires off-road.
Fiat Strada is a whole new dimension unchanged from the previous Strada series with a length of 4409 mm (4457 mm for the Adventure), width 1664 mm (1740 mm for Adventure) and wheelbase common to all versions of 2718 mm. Payload, including the driver, ranging from 630kg to 705 kg (1388 to £ 1555) depending on the version.
Fiat Strada is equipped with power from the engine’s 1.3-liter Multijet 16V Euro5 diesel that delivers 95 hp and 200nm (£ 147.5-ft) at 1,500 rpm and consumes 5.3lt/100km (44.4 mpg U.S.) on the European combined driving cycle . In Italy, Fiat Strada has a price range before tax of € 12,900 (U.S. $ 16,700) for Working Single Cab models for € 16,000 (U.S. $ 20,700) for the flagship version of the Adventure Crew Cab.
