Volvo has introduced a racing car which will be deployed in the Swedish Elite League racing the 2013 Volvo S60 TTA Polestar, because during the Volvo has a reputation for building safe cars, it makes sense and is rather boring. Volvo S60 TTA Polestar is shown having a body with a carbon fiber hood vents, side skirts and rear wing aerodynamic great. There are also 18-inch wheels are powered by high-performance brakes with four piston calipers and discs measure 370mm front / 360mm rear.

2013 Volvo S60 TTA Polestar will be equipped with a V6 engine that produces 420 hp hybridization (313 kW / 426 PS). It is connected with six-speed sequential transmission that sends power to the rear wheels. This model will enter the competition later this year with two teams: Volvo Polestar Racing and Volvo Polestar Performance. Only three drivers have been confirmed and they include Robert Dahlgren, Fredrik Ekblom and Thed Björk.
